Excavator (Track Hoe) Operator – Beaumont, TX
Southland Holdings is seeking highly motivated Excavator Operators to join our construction team in Beaumont, TX . This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy of delivering critical infrastructure projects across North America.
Responsibilities :
- Operate an excavator (track hoe) to dig, trench, backfill, and move earth and materials according to project specifications.
- Perform precision excavation around utilities, foundations, and other structures.
- Load and unload materials efficiently while ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maneuver the excavator using hand and foot controls to complete tasks safely and accurately.
- Coordinate machine movements with other activities, responding to hand or audio signals.
- Identify and navigate around potential hazards or obstructions while following strict safety procedures.
