The MOT Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction sites, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a team of MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) Laborers.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all operations comply with company, state, and client safety standards
- Coordinate the distribution and placement of traffic control signs and markers according to designated plans
- Supervise the setup, maintenance, and teardown of work zones, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Lead by example in lifting, carrying, and placing traffic cones and assembling traffic control signs as needed
- Train and mentor flaggers on proper techniques for directing traffic through work zones
- Ensure trucks and equipment are well-organized and maintained for operational readiness
- Direct traffic movement through work sites using signals and signage effectively
- Must have FDOT MOT Supervisor Certification
- Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory
- Knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations is also required
- Must work in all weather conditions and prepared for both extreme heat and cold
- Must be available to work over-time
- Must pass post offer pre-employment drug screen and background check
