Job Responsibilities :
Maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and split systems.
Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Read and interpret mechanical schedules, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Understanding of building automation systems (BAS) and how to communicate with BAS techs.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Adhere to all safety procedures and industry regulations.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
EPA Certification (Universal Preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
OSHA certification is a plus
TWIC a plus
Payzerware software familiarity a plus
