Key Responsibilities
- Proposal & Prequalification Support : Review RFPs, track action items, coordinate team deliverables, and ensure timely, compliant submissions.
- Compliance & Certifications : Maintain compliance platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta), coordinate OSHA and insurance updates, and manage certifications.
- Software & Tools Management : Oversee Salesforce forecasts, maintain Tableau tools, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Administrative & Marketing Support : Manage logistics, coordinate department events, edit marketing content, and support community initiatives.
- Special Projects : Assist with website updates, contractor licensing, and ad hoc operational needs.
