We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Patient Coordinator who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while supporting the highest quality dental care.
The Patient Coordinator manages all aspects of the patient schedule including answering the phones, warmly greeting patient and parents, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility and benefit levels. They also direct all aspects of treatment presentation and monetary collection from patients.
In this integral role on the team, you will:
- Answer telephones in a timely and pleasant manner
- Set-up new patient visits and collect all patient information
- Check in patients when they arrive for their appointments and monitor schedule throughout the day
- Schedule continuing care and treatment appointments after each appointment
- Enter insurance information and check eligibility and be able to answer insurance benefit questions
- Submit insurance claims and prior authorizations to private and state insurances
- Collect and post payments from patients on date of service or when received in the mail/phone
- Other duties as necessary
Position Details:

Full-Time
- Schedule will vary, averaging 4 days/week
- Clinic Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30 am–4:45 pm, Friday 7:30 am–1:00 pm
- Multi Location Practice: Denver & Centennial
- Starting Pay Range: $22-25, based on experience
