Job Description:
- Answer phones
- Greet customers and clients
- Assist the Processors in processing documents for real estate transactions
- Maintain and build professional relationship with customers
- Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers
- Basic understanding of title requirements and clearance
- Assist in the collection of the necessary data, to include, but not limited to: payoff orders, property taxes, water/sewer, HOA status, and municipality lien search’s
- Entering all collected data into the closing system - Qualia
- Able to operate in a paperless atmosphere
- Is results and task driven with accuracy
- Schedule Closings
- Constant communication with the client/customers and Real Estate agent’s supervisor on the status of the transaction throughout the closing process
- Team player is a must
- Communicate with team and customers
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are required
- Identify areas for improvement

Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years as a Title Pre-Closer/Pre-Processor or experience within the Title / Escrow Industries
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations
- Background check required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $42,000.00 per year
