Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the Parts Warehouse environment and team. This is done by implementing and training on processes and best practices as directed by the Parts Manager. Duties include creating a positive work environment, supervising employees throughout the day, problem solving to provide customer support, and managing the Warehouse operations.
Essential Duties
- Manage the key functions of the warehouse: Receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, credit issuance, and returns to vendors.
- Hire, train, and lead the Parts Warehouse and Delivery Drivers Teams.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Dispatch and optimize Parts Delivery Routes using routing software.
- Maintaining a safety focused environment and meeting all required OSHA and Internal safety rules and regulations.
- Operating and training others on the use of forklifts and work assist vehicles.
- Process inter-branch transfers.
- Maintain warehouse processes and Playbook tasks.
- Identify, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain perpetual cycle counting of inventory.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and executing on projects to address.
- Manage all maintenance of equipment and vehicles in the Parts Department.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse utilizing 5S principles.
- Be the resource for all warehouse employees in need of assistance.
- Payroll tasks related to timecard review, time off request, and misc.
- Other duties and tasks, as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
- 3 years of warehouse/operations experience or Associates degree or greater.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
- Must be willing and able to walk 3 miles a shift.
- If required to drive, for any reason, on behalf of the company, must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurance guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
- Computer literate with the willingness to learn software programs utilized by the Company.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
