Apartment community in Weatherford, OK and Custer City, OK is seeking a Leasing Agent!
Must be great with a lot of paperwork, must be able to stay organized, must be able to meet time sensitive deadlines and work extra if needed to meet those deadlines. Must have an understanding of how a budget works and how to stay within the budget.
Manager performs monthly inspections in all units.
Leasing Agent is on call for maintenance emergencies and lock outs.
