Yard Manager / Dock Manager

· Pumping Fuel (Helping the customer park on the dock, pumping the fuel, taking their payment for the fuel on a POS register)

· Launching and pulling out boats (land shed stored boats that are put and pulled out by the staff for the customer, boats to be cleaned, helping customer pull out their boats)

· Daily cleaning of the docks (keeping docks clean and clutter free, washing off animal waste off docks every morning if needed)

· Repairing docks as needed and amenities such as water lines, pedestals, etc.

· Making sure customers park properly (There are designated areas for slip renter parking, vehicle with trailer parking, restaurant parking and dealership parking)

· Lawn maintenance (cutting the grass & weed eating entire property, landscaping and keeping grounds clean)

· Cleaning the customer facilities (daily cleaning of all restrooms, showers, laundry room)

· Dock repairs and improvements (fixing/repairing docks, constructing new docks, repair/replace rub rail boards and rub rail strips)

· Heading up special projects (various improvements to the facility)

· Routine mobile black water pump out (using shop boat and pump system to empty the waste tanks of large boats and pump out the holding tanks on the shop boat)

· Greeting & communicating with customers as they visit the store/office

· Running the POS register and selling products in store (drinks, ice, snacks, floats, cleaning supplies, safety gear, etc.)

· Answering phone calls (giving basic information and taking detailed messages for managers)

· Stocking the shelves and drink cooler

· Cleaning the store and office area (taking out trash, vacuuming, cleaning windows and counters, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Leesville, SC 29070: Relocate before starting work (Required)
