Primary Responsibilities of the Business Marketing Trainee :
- Execute all client marketing campaigns in person through direct communication with customers and leads
- Provide exceptional service to consumers at all times
- Manage the execution of daily in-office and direct marketing campaign functions
- Work with all team members to increase sales revenue and maintain the sales pipeline in daily strategies
- Develop solid consumer relationships, address service needs, and answer questions confidently, timely, and honestly
- Provide marketing strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Liaise between our clients and consumers
- Interview and develop company new hires to provide a seamless training process
