Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Utilize early intervention techniques to support children with varying learning abilities.
- Promote literacy education through creative activities that enhance reading and writing skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of child welfare practices and educational standards.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in educational or daycare settings.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Knowledge of child welfare policies and early intervention strategies.
- Experience in special education or literacy education is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences for preschool and toddler age groups.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for all candidates with relevant experience.
