Toddler Teacher (7am to 4pm)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program
- Teach physical education, preschool, special education, and literacy education
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to address students' individual needs and promote their overall development

-Ability to work well with others.

-Ability to adapt to change as needed in the daycare. Depending on staffing ratios to children, we may have to put you in another classroom for a few hours on rare occasions.

- Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.

- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation.

Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities
- Proficiency in lesson planning and assessment techniques
