- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion
- Collaborate with team members and clients virtually to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
