- Paintball experience not needed
Basic Qualifications
- Outgoing and friendly
- Professional in demeanor and appearance
- Good oral communication skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Team oriented
- Able to adhere to time tables
- Excited to work in outdoor environment in all weather
- Accept directions / suggestions once, and implement them with excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
Duties Performed
- Provide safe environment for Guests and Team members
- Provide world-class Guest service
- Referee paintball games
- Referee paintball events
- Maintain park cleanliness standards
- Set up, tear down, and clean park equipment and playing equipment
Personality Match
- Exemplify the ability to think creatively and independently
- Excel in working without redirection or supervision
- Understand training and new skills development is essential to this role
- Patience working with large groups of guests
