Role Overview
As a Patient Care Representative in our Dental Clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient patient flow and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll assist patients with appointments, provide information, verify insurance, collect payments, and support smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer clinic phones and provide accurate information or relay messages.
- Schedule and confirm dental appointments while ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Greet patients, update registration details, and assist new patients with forms.
- Process payments, verify insurance, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front office and lobby area.
- Support team efforts by participating in meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with interpreting and dispensing glasses, if needed.
- Handle other duties as assigned.

- Qualifications:
- Training as a receptionist.
- Experience scheduling dental appointments (Epic software experience preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
