Position Details and Benefits :
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay rate of $23 / hour , increasing up to $25 / hour for experienced opticians . The work schedule typically consists of four 10-hour days with Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday off though there is some flexibility.

Work Environment :
This position operates in a professional optical clinic environment, requiring the use of standard office equipment and vision clinic tools. The role involves extended periods of stationary work, occasional movement within the clinic, and fine motor tasks such as eyeglass adjustments and lens handling. Effective communication skills are essential for interaction with team members and patients. Light lifting (up to 5 lbs.) and occasional use of cleaning products may be required.
