Monday to Saturday, 20-30 -hour work week, Morning shifts, Evening shifts.

Knowledge

Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 15 years of age or older

Education & Experience Requirements:
- 6 months full-service restaurant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily procedures are followed (cleaning lists, temperature logs, etc.)
- Communicate with cooks and servers to ensure the guests get the best experience possible
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure employees success on the job
- Be a good example of professional behavior while creating a friendly, and hospitable atmosphere that encourages your team to do the best they can
- Tray up orders for dine-in guests
- Bag up and complete to-go orders
- Ensure food quality
- Complete tasks assigned by management
- Follow ServSafe Standards and meet Health Department Regulations
- Follow all rules, laws, and regulations set by local, state, and federal authorities
Physical Expectations
The Server position requires:
- Regular attendance:
- The ability to work up to 40 hours per week
- The ability to stand or walk for hours at a time
- Communicate verbally with fellow staff, leadership and customers
- Ability to freely access all parts of the restaurant
- Ample ability to move: walk, crawl, climb, stand, reach, bend, balance, kneel, stoop,
- Ability to lift and carry or move items up to 40 lbs
- Ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature
- Ability to frequently immerse hands in water and cleaning/ sanitizing solutions
- Specific vision abilities include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to smell and taste dishes
