Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles (mechanical and electrical).
Conduct thorough multipoint inspections to identify service needs.
Maintain and care for shop equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Accurately document repairs and services performed on repair orders.
Provide exceptional customer service as needed, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
ASE Certification (Master, Advanced Level Specialist, or equivalent certifications preferred).
Previous experience as an Automotive Technician (Line Tech, Tire Tech, Lube Tech, or similar roles).
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
A team player with a positive approach to teamwork.
