Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1.
Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Practical problem solving skills.
While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicate well with coworkers to ensure accuracy of order.
- Package orders efficiently and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist other stations to create a great team environment.
- Provide stellar customer service and communicate with customers on special requests or menu information.
- Portion condiments during down time between orders
- Communicate items needed for pick up orders to other stations, package, and ensure they are complete before pickup time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization Drive Thru bagging station.
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards.
