We're seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our dining room. Responsibilities
* Pre-bussing: Clear plates as needed from guests who are finished eating
* Clean, sweep and reset tables efficiently
* Maintain clean floors, trash areas and transport dishes to dish area
* Check all condiment products on tables, refill as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, bathrooms, entry way and parking lot
* Stock all items in the dining room, soda station, BBQ station and storage room
Requirements
* Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1
* Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job-related circumstances
* Practical problem-solving skills
