The Passage Program is seeking a dedicated Resource Assistant to join our team and support adults with developmental and behavioral challenges.
In this role, you'll play a key role in:

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (preferred) with experience in human services or a related field.
- Experience in skills assessment, task analysis, program development, and behavior intervention techniques a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean DMV record required.
- Basic computer skills and internet access for reporting purposes.
