Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Support benefits administration by providing information to employees and assisting with enrollment processes.
- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance and organizational design.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize HR software such as Paylocity, Paychex, and Kronos for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Help organize training sessions and employee development programs to enhance performance management initiatives.
- Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paylocity, Paychex, ATS, or Kronos is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is beneficial for maintaining compliance within the workplace.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes in HR functions.
