Production Workers

Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring Production Assemblers for our facility in Caldwell, ID.

No experience needed; we’ll train you! All general labor welcome to apply.

Both 1st and 2nd shift manufacturing opportunities are available for our plant and warehouse.

Being a Production Worker is an exciting opportunity to contribute as a valuable team member within our manufacturing process and towards our overall success.

What you’ll be doing:

· Operating machinery and utilizing hand tools in the manufacturing of light gauge sheet metal products.

· Build and inspect parts following established quality and safety standards.

· Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors and Managers.

What we need:

· Ability to work with small hand tools.

· Ability to stand for 8 hours.

· Ability to follow instructions and direction from others.

· Ability to understand and adhere to safety protocols.
