Southway Crane & Rigging, Chattanooga/Ringgold, GA is seeking an experienced Salesperson to add to our sales team. We maintain a large, diverse fleet of cranes; carry decks, rough terrain, crawler, truck crane, and all terrain cranes that range from 15 to 900-ton capacities. We support our customers with a large fleet of cranes and operators.
Salesperson Responsibilities
- Must be motivated.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be hands-on with team.
- Manage sales plans, quoting jobs, schedule coordination.
- Must be competitive, passionate, and driven to serve others.
- Must be comfortable in various environments from meeting with prospective customers to visiting jobsites.
- Creative and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Willing to travel overnight when required.
- Must be eager to learn and teach new strategies for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience sales with a track record of performance.
- Experience in operated crane industry.
- Experience in marketing strategies and analyzing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Overnight travel required.
