Southwest ADI/FAD is an accessories distributor for General Motors and Ford Motor Company. We're looking for a team member to work with our customers in our returns process. We need an energetic and customer service-oriented person with excel experience. They are the key point of contact for the company, maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships.

What you'll do
- Process submitted orders from the automotive retailers across the southeast region of the US.
- Continual communication with local warehouses to process sales and credits according to company policy.
- Assisting customers with any complaints and inquires concerning returns.
- Regularly monitor customer's transactions and report those to the company.
- Provide a high level of service to our customers.
- Issue RMA's and track returns orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others.
- Capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) a must.
- High attention to detail and have strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Ability to read/interpret/manage excel documents.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 USD per hour(SWAG- DFW)
