Growing commercial construction company in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of commercial construction experience and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Base salary range is $120-$147K and has a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office.
As Senior Project Manager, you'll work closely with the AVP of Construction to manage multiple commercial development projects. You'll collaborate across teams including Development, Design, Legal, Leasing, Finance, and Property Management to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple redevelopment projects
- Drive construction planning, execution, and financial management
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Coordinate with development teams from project inception to completion
- Manage vendor contracts and general contractor relationships
- Oversee project consultants and construction managers
- Prepare monthly financial and progress reports
- Review and approve change orders
- Create comprehensive development schedules with Senior Development Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 7 years' experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience with national general contractors or developers preferred
- Strong project management and financial oversight abilities
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
