Pay Range: $60,000 Plus Commission

The Accessory Account Manager position is responsible to sell and promote Ford Accessories sales processes within the Ford Dealerships in their assigned geographical territory. The pay structure of this role is a combination of salary and commission. In addition, you will be provided a car allowance and cell phone allowance.

About The Role
The Accessory Account Manager position is responsible to sell and promote Ford Accessories sales processes within the Ford Dealerships in their assigned geographical territory. Job Responsibilities
- Our Account Managers work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise and support the sales of Ford Accessories.
- Territories are assigned monthly sales objectives tied to individual Ford dealership objectives.
- Performance is based on exceeding 100% of the assigned territory sales objective and market team objective.
- Consult with dealership managers/executives to improve Ford Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities.
- Develop customized Ford Accessories displays, point-of-sale material and incentive programs to support the sale of Ford Accessories within each assigned dealership.
- Create engagement by training dealership personnel on Ford Accessories selling processes; includes sales staff, parts departments, service departments and body shops.
- Provide local accessory support for divisional & dealer events.
- Previous experience as an entrepreneurial sales professional is desired; including a basic understanding of dealership operations and a passion for working with and/or selling to dealerships.
- Expectation is to work full-time, in the dealerships within your assigned geographical territory. There will be periodic meetings at our home office in Fort Worth, TX. Candidate will be expected to spend time preparing for dealer meetings outside of normal business hours.
- Candidate should reside in proximity to assigned geographical territory.
- Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired.
Salary : $60,000
