Temporary Card Services Representative

Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union, a world-class financial institution, is looking for a Temporary Card Services Representative located at our corporate office near Love Field Airport in Dallas, Texas.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Card Services Representative you would answer incoming calls from members to process new Credit and Debit card requests, download and complete Credit card and Debit card reports, lost/stolen reports, fraud account review, adjustments, review miscellaneous reports, and any other various duties as assigned.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members while processing transactions and answering questions
• Complete transactions and related documentation for deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfer of funds
• Educating members on their benefits and features
• Must thoroughly understand and weigh member requests and choose the proper course of action
• Communicate information clearly and effectively while maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition toward members and co-workers

Minimum Requirements:

• Be enthusiastic about what you do
• Have a great attitude
• Understand the benefits of a Credit Union
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal computer, Excel and Word
• Ability to conduct clear communication while maintaining professional, courteous, and friendly service to our members and don't forget your co-workers
• Interpersonal skills to effectively suggest new products and services to our members
• Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One to twelve months of similar experience is preferred
• All qualified candidates will need to pass a credit and background check to be qualified
