- Valid Indiana Elementary Administrative Certification
- Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum, staff development and evaluation
- Knowledge of teaching methodologies and the ability to provide assistance and instructional leadership to teachers
- Knowledge and skill in the application of statutes, rules, regulations, law, and school corporation policies affecting student and employee records.
- Commitment to community and parent involvement
- Ability to provide technology training, resources and technical assistance to teachers, staff and students.
- Proven and effective communication skills
- Commitment to technology and data analysis to support student learning
