Position Summary:

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of behavior therapists to ensure they are providing high-quality services to clients with autism. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and community members to support clients in achieving their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in professional development activities
• Manage a team of behavior therapists to provide leadership, growth, and guidance

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Current state licensure as a behavior analyst
• Strong clinical skills and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience supervising behavior therapists/RBTs

Salary: now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Up to $85,000 per year with potential additional pay up to $12,500 per year.
