Your Role at SARRC
- Responsible for the implementation of market strategy and business development initiatives that support the achievement of growth related to enrollment and lead pipelines for SARRC.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pediatrician offices, psychologist offices, and other pediatric specialty providers to acquire and establish a referral pipeline/leads for SARRC programs.
- Complete marketing calls to provider officers, drop off brochures, flyers, and other information at about SARRC’s programs weekly.
- Maintain daily activity updates in CRM system this includes updating and managing SARRC’s referral network.
- Work in collaboration with Family Resource team to ensure clear goals are targeted for enrollment pipelines based on vacancy and need within the organization.
- Track and maintain expense report(s).
- Attend community events to host vendor booth/exhibitor tables to assist with client recruitment efforts across our state.
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university, with a focus on marketing, business development and/or sales preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
- Minimum of one year of experience in business development or sales.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows products. SalesForce or other CRM experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- A valid Arizona driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Local travel 80-90% of the time.
