We are seeking a Registered Nurse Lead to join our 7th Ave Outpatient Clinic. This location provides mental health treatments, including medication monitoring and assistance for persons with addictions.  

The PRN Registered Nurse will work in-office Monday-Friday, standard business hours (no evenings, weekends or holidays).  

Job Preview at a Glance: 

The RN serves as a central support within the interdisciplinary sites team. This staff member is responsible for performing nursing assessments, accepting & overseeing medication orders, maintaining medication records, and coordinating medical care. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Completes a nursing assessment on all members
  • Manages and monitors care of members
  • Identifies need for medical attention, alerts physician of medical concerns and coordinates referrals
  • Works closely with Program Coordinator and/or Director on treatment and discharge planning
  • Consults with psychiatrist/primary care provider, obtains orders from psychiatrist/primary care provider and executes them
  • Provides accurate documentation of contact with members

Qualifications: 

  • Licensed in the State of Arizona as an RN
  • Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
