Branch Supervisor for Southwest Capital Bank
Full-time 8-5 M-F (in person position)
Located in Pecos, NM
Starting at $50,000 annually (depending on banking experience).

Overview of duties:
- Open & close branch daily.
- Maintain monthly branch efficiency logs & various reports.
- Oversee and manage branch operations and employees.
- Perform ongoing audits to ensure adherence with compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- Two years of banking or financial experience.
- One or more years’ management experience.
