Our Loan Administrators are responsible for booking and uploading loans. You will be the final review for the loan so when we say attention to detail is important, we aren’t kidding. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are the two most important skills needed to be successful as a Loan Administrator.
A few examples of the day-to-day tasks you would be performing:
- Booking and uploading of loans which includes new loans, change in term notes and renewals in the core system.
- Loan funding for new loans, change in term notes and renewals.
- Process loan payments via check or wire.
- Production of daily loan reports and review of outstanding items to reconcile.
- Credit reporting administration (FCRA) which includes disputes, updates and corrections.
Requirements
- **Attention to detail**
- Must be a team player as well as work independently.
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Moderate computer skills needed – will use multiple programs and applications to complete tasks.
- Banking experience is a plus.
- Loan experience is a huge plus.
