We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with routine banking transactions always ensuring a positive experience. You will be responsible for handling cash, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions with a high level of accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
An example of a typical day:
- Greet customers and assist them with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers.
- Accurately process cash and check transactions, ensuring all records are correct.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction histories, and other banking services.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including administrative duties and branch support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of banking software and Microsoft Office.
