Compensation: $27.69 – $30 per hour, plus bonuses and incentives

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (15–20 hours per week)

About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the company owners and collaborate with our CPA for tax-related matters. You’ll be responsible for financial planning and analysis, along with overseeing all accounting functions.

This role goes beyond traditional accounting responsibilities. We’re looking for a proactive, task-oriented professional who can manage projects and contribute to key business decisions. Initially, you may need to invest some extra time to streamline our financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bookkeeping or accounting experience required

- Strong organizational skills

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in setting up or improving accounting systems is a plus
