Key Responsibilities:
· Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone.
· Schedule patient appointments according to provider availability.
· Explain intake forms to new patients.
· Process payments after treatment.
· Verify insurance authorizations and financial records.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with scheduling and patient intake processes.
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
