Job Description
-Support and maintenance of our clients and the needs of their projects/facilities.
-Adhere to the highest standards of integrity, dependability, teamwork and cooperation while accepting the need to travel, work evenings, nights, weekends and overtime to meet project demands, while participating in a weekly rotating on-call schedule.
-Acquire and maintain all required certifications according to experience level.
-Acquire and maintain personal hand tools according to the Technician Tool List.
-Maintain company tools and test equipment per company standards/procedures.
-Assist with testing, inspections, and troubleshooting of electrical apparatus in the field and shop on multiple projects simultaneously; and assist with shop work, maintenance and cleaning as needed.
-Assist with data sheets and test reports for projects.
-Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner and assist with the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles.
-Participate in continuing education and training to increase technical knowledge and to acquire/maintain industry certifications and qualifications.
-Follow all OSHA and company safety rules/procedures at all times.
-Communicate professionally with customers, peers, and supervisors.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Prefer
completion of an electrical trade school or apprenticeship or AS degree
or higher in a technical degree. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s
license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug screen
and background check. Must have the ability to lift 70 Lbs., and safely
operate various hand, power and pneumatic tools.
