Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee projects from conception to completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an A.B.E.T accredited school
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the State of Texas (or currently transferring)
- Five years of experience managing substantial hydrology, hydraulics, and general water resources/wastewater projects
- Extensive knowledge of design for water/wastewater infrastructure, especially water wells, water plants, wastewater treatment plants, and lift stations
- Proficiency in computer-assisted engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil-3D, KYPIPE, Pond Pack, etc.
- Basic computer software skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Adobe Acrobat or PDF Exchange
