Required Skills and Qualifications
You must have a B.S in Civil Engineering from an A.B.E.T Accredited School or a B.S in Environmental Engineering. Additionally, you must be a Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the State of Texas or currently transferring your license to Texas. Five years of experience managing substantial hydrology, hydraulics, and general water resources/wastewater projects from conception to completion are also required.
