We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager with a solid background in civil engineering. In this role, you will effectively mentor junior professionals, including P.E.s, E.I.T.s, designers, and CAD Technicians, while overseeing the preparation of comprehensive construction plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for diverse land development projects.
As the Lead Project Manager, you will understand the project scope, manage estimated hours, and take ownership of the engineering design process from inception to completion.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing and reviewing engineering documents to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, proactively communicating project timelines and challenges, and maintaining accurate project files and contracts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design commercial, single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use developments, including roadway and utility systems such as water, sewer, and storm drainage.
- Create and adjust project plans to meet client expectations and project goals.
- Prepare engineering designs and review the output of the design team for accuracy and quality.
- Conduct engagement reviews and implement quality assurance procedures.
- Ensure all project documents are complete, up-to-date, and properly organized.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and well-organized construction drawings and engineering reports.
- Communicate sensitive or complicated information tactfully.
