Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans; Assist clients in accessing resources related to independent living, employment, education, socialization, and recreation.; Work with both children and adults to promote their overall well-being and integration into the community; Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local agencies, schools, employers, and healthcare providers; Provide advocacy and support to clients in navigating systems and overcoming barriers.
Qualifications and Requirements: We require candidates to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should have experience working with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competency. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work non-traditional hours are also necessary. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
