- Lead & Inspire : Manage and motivate a diverse team of MST clinicians, including both independently licensed and non-independently licensed therapists, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Guide & Support : Oversee casework by providing expert guidance to enhance clinical skills, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to ethical standards in mental health counseling.
- Champion Best Practices : Ensure fidelity to the MST model, promoting best practices in community-based therapy that truly makes a difference.
