- Ensures all patients are checked in according to established registration protocols.
- Document all messages left from the patient to the office and forwards to the doctor’s wordlist.
- Accurately follows physician protocols in answering patient concerns and questions and takes appropriate action, per specific office / practice guidelines.
- Schedule all patients per physician scheduling policy.
- Collect co pay and previous balances.
- Clerical duties as assigned according to practice guidelines.
