What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Rental Property House Cleaner position at Southwest Florida Cleaning Service?
Job Duties:
Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences.
- Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Launders sheets and make beds
- Performs additional duties as needed.

- Highly organized.
- Reliable, ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.
- A keen eye for details.
- Ability to regularly lift over 40 lbs.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
