Service Technician
A Copier Technician serves business customers by servicing Konica Minolta, RICOH, Kyocera, and HP products for a diverse client base of commercial and or private customers. Repairs and maintains copiers in order to support our Client needs.
As a Copier Service Technician your main focus is providing the best customer service by troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining networked office equipment for our diverse clientele. Office equipment includes : digital networked copiers, scanners, laser printers, color copiers and wide format.
Required Skills :
- Excellent working knowledge of PC hardware, driver install, networking, etc.
- Ability to work with multiple service solution providers for timely service.
- Strong “start to finish” time management skills.
- Be a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, ability to think out-of-the-box and contribute to evolving industry changes.
- Demonstrate ability to work through challenges to find solutions for equipment operational and technical issues.
- Comfortable in dynamic, ever-changing environments.
Additional Requirements :
