Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Maintain clerical duties, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, facilitating smooth office operations.
- Assist with customer inquiries, providing information about services and addressing any concerns.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Strong clerical skills with experience in administrative tasks.
