Description
Southwest Funding is seeking a Graphic Designer to assist the corporate marketing department in the production of creative and visual solutions for Southwest Funding. You will assist in creating graphics to support email marketing, and content marketing to maximize the presence of Southwest Funding. Will work with Corporate Marketing Team to assist with sales support, social media, content, design, and paid media initiatives. This position will be on-site in our Dallas, TX office.
Essential Duties
· Assist internal marketing team in the production of marketing collateral, advertising projects and digital assets
· Collaborate with department to format artwork, ensure print quality standards are met, and collect, process, and organize files
· Ensure all brand guidelines are adhered to
· Manage and coordinate completion of projects and complete deadlines as set by manager
· Troubleshoot problems and devise creative solutions.
· Review production proofs
· In addition, this position will also maintain the internal graphics content and digital assets
Essential Skills, Knowledge, And Behaviors
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Required – Primarily Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
· Photo & video experience is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· An eye for detail and strong technical skills
· Strong layout, production skills. Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced, innovative environment
· Ability to communicate effectively and build interdepartmental relationships
· High level of organization and attention to detail
· Strong time management skills with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
· Regular and consistent attendance
· Position will be on-site in our Dallas, Tx office.
Education & Experience
· 4-year college degree or Technical Certificate in Graphic Design
· 1-3 years of production art and graphic design experience
· Corporate design experience preferred
· Organizational abilities and excellent file-categorizing
· Background in print, branding, and design with an eye for consistency
