• POSITION INFORMATION
  • Position summary:
    • The Medical Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the patient’s visit. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clerical tasks, heavily oriented with patient contact in terms of telephone and direct patient interaction.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:
    • High School graduate or equivalent who has completed an approved medical assisting program (certification is preferred but not required).
  • 
    Required length and type of experience:
    • Physician office experience preferred but not required.
  • 
    Required licensure, certification or registry:
    • Completion of an approved medical assisting program (certification is preferred but not required).
