Job Description:
The BDC Call Center Rep will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. The BDC Call Center Rep will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Entering customer information into the database
- Meeting daily call quotas
- Working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
